So easily, so effortlessly, so habitually do we filter a moment – each moment – through a narrative, a preconception of what we’re experiencing.

It means this, or it means that.
Or it’s worthy of our attention, or it’s something to be ignored.

Then comes the quick judgment, the words we share with the world to show what we know, or what we think we know.
And while we’re busy doing all that stuff in our head, the moment passes, the light changes, the birds land.
