OVERLAYS 2016 | VOL. 1

Artists have, for ages, struggled—agonized, really—with how to create tangible objects that mirror the intangible visions in their heads.

These images represent an evolution in how I render my vision. I’ve been seeing like this for as long as I can remember, and these overlays come ever more closely to showing what I see. Struggle and agony suspended (for now…)

    These are wonderful.
Orchard St., Broadway and 43rd, and 38th and 8th are my favorites, but they’re all beautiful. It’s as if you’ve discovered another dimension in space. NYC provides the perfect backdrop. Kudos!

Thanks for your kind words, Kate.
NYC gives and gives. A favorite place in which to lose myself.
I’m working on a set of images now from a very different environment that I hope carries the same impact. Stay tuned…
